A ‘Taste of Africa’ featuring Eziko’s Heritage Cuisine

Eziko Restaurant seats 80 people and also has outdoor braai facility.  Pefect for real African food cooking classes!

These are some of the delicious dishes that you can your team can learn to cook for a real ‘Taste of Africa’!

  • Succulent Lamb Casserole with braised onions, fresh rosemary & garlic
  • Traditional Chicken Curry and pap
  • Hearty Samp & Beans, a vegetarian selection with sugar beans & mealie maize




    Team Building Around the Braai

    This is a great group activity and can be organised for lunch or dinner. 

    Your group has a choice of traditional Xhosa dishes cooked around an open fire in ‘potigies’ (three-legged cast iron cooking kettles)-

  • Skaapkop – salted sheep head
  • Umleqwa – boiled farm chicken
  • Ulusie – Tripe spiced with Eziko selected herbs

All of the above are served with stiff pap and Eziko traditional steamed bread

Available on special request-

  • Spit Braai gently roasted whole pig or lamb served with a selection of fresh made salads & warm garlic bread
