WHAT. . .
In the heart of Langa Township, where his family had lived for generations, Victor Mguqulwa transformed his vision into reality. As a former high school history teacher, he knew the community’s potential and seized the opportunity to make a lasting impact. Victor acquired land and built a one-of-a-kind learning environment: a state-of-the-art classroom fitted as a professional training kitchen. This is the home of Eziko Cooking and Catering School.
At Eziko, we offer a comprehensive and immersive learning experience. Selected students embark on a transformative journey, starting with a six-month in-house program where they master the art of cooking and catering in our fully equipped training kitchen. This hands-on approach ensures that they gain practical skills and confidence. Find out more.
