At Eziko, we offer an immersive learning experience where culinary excellence meets social impact and together cooks up a future full of promise and potential.
Selected students embark on a transformative journey, starting with a six-month in-house programme where they master the art of cooking and catering in our fully equipped training kitchen. This hands-on approach ensures they gain the practical skills and confidence required in the fast-paced hospitality environment.
But the learning doesn’t stop there. Students move on to a six-month out-placement at one of our prestigious supporting restaurants or hotel kitchens. These include The Cullinan Hotel, The Vineyard, Gardens Court, Mount Nelson, Cape Milner, Cape Grace, and Protea Hotels across the Western Cape. The off-site real-world experience is invaluable, providing our students with a deeper understanding of the culinary industry and preparing them for successful careers as employees or entrepreneurs.
